TL;DR
Recruiters will manage the full hiring cycle for various roles across Europe.
- •Flexport is seeking a motivated and collaborative Recruiter to support hiring for Engineering, GTM (Go-to-Market) & operations positions across Europe.
- •The Talent team's mission is to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes by creating an inclusive, engaging experience for all candidates and employees.
- •Key Responsibilities Run full recruiting cycle for a variety of positions across multiple functions in Europe.
- •Source and identify passive candidates while tracking data to ensure ROI.
- •Contribute to recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives.
- •Partner closely with Recruiting and Hiring Leaders to attract, assess, and close top talent.
- •Build trusted candidate relationships and drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations.
- •Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with in-house experience being essential.
- •Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, engineering, and corporate functions.
- •Proven ability and interest in process improvement.
- •Experienced with Greenhouse and/or other recruitment CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter.
- •Strong relationship management, influence, and solution-oriented mindset.
