- •You will own features end-to-end, from scalable backend services and workflow orchestration to the UI lawyers rely on.
- •Key Responsibilities Take ownership of complex features from shaping to shipping.
- •Help define the roadmap and break it down into buildable projects.
- •Design scalable systems that can handle growth and complexity.
- •Collaborate across teams to deliver on time.
- •Review code, mentor others, and raise the engineering bar constructively.
- •Requirements 3+ years building and shipping software products.
- •Experience leading projects, designing scalable services, and making technical decisions.
