- •Requirements 6+ years of professional backend development experience with expert-level mastery of Python (3.12+), async/await, FastAPI, and Pydantic v2.
- •Proven production experience building complex, distributed systems, ideally including durable workflow orchestration.
- •Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- •Growth mindset, collaborative approach, and passion for mentoring others.
