TL;DR
Legal research intern to validate AI-generated legal data.
- •Filevine is seeking law students to review and validate data extracted by AI systems from legal materials.
- •This role is ideal for those interested in the intersection of AI and legal practice.
- •Key Responsibilities Read and analyze published judicial opinions.
- •Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy against source legal materials.
- •Apply legal research training to identify errors in automated outputs.
- •Collaborate with legal researchers and ML engineers to improve data quality.
- •Requirements Currently enrolled as a 2L or 3L at the University of Utah S.J.
- •Quinney College of Law or BYU J.
- •Reuben Clark Law School.
- •Completion of at least the 1L curriculum, including legal research and writing.
- •Enjoy reading and analyzing judicial opinions, statutes, and other legal authorities.
- •Strong attention to detail and familiarity with legal writing.
- •Interest in legal technology or AI.
