About the role
TL;DR
Lead product strategy for Figma's Code area, connecting design and production code.
- •Figma is seeking a deeply technical product leader to manage the teams responsible for Figma's Code area, focusing on enabling seamless transitions between design and production code.
- •This role will set the strategy for connecting customer codebases to Figma and improving workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy for Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform teams.
- •Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows, including quality measurement and improvement.
- •Guide the development of code-context systems and translation primitives for agentic workflows.
- •Manage and develop a team of Product Managers.
- •Partner with engineering, design, data, and research leaders on technical product decisions.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers with a proven track record of talent development.
- •Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products, including running evaluations and making ship/no-ship decisions.
- •Proven ability to set strategy and execute on major initiatives in ambiguous environments.
- •Experience working with enterprise customers to understand and translate their workflows into products.
- •Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with technical depth.
