- •As a Senior Product Manager, you'll help balance growth with control as we scale, while enabling the wider business to move faster.
- •You'll own key products and platforms across payments, fraud, and KYC, helping define what we build, how we operate, and how we scale efficiently in a regulated environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own product strategy and roadmap for key areas within BizOps, aligning priorities with clear business outcomes Define, shape and deliver products that solve complex operational and business problems Build scalable, reliable internal products and platforms that enable the wider business to move faster Balance product velocity with regulatory, risk and operational requirements Identify opportunities to improve conversion, risk management, operational efficiency and revenue Requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a track record of defining and shaping products rather than simply managing delivery Strong product intuition and a clear point of view on what makes products effective Background in iGaming, FinTech, payments or a similar regulated/transactional environment Experience working with products or systems related to CS, fraud, KYC, payments or transactions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in complex and ambiguous environments
