Drive strategic initiatives and solve complex business problems for Figma.
- •The Business Operations team at Figma tackles challenging business issues through strategic initiatives.
- •You will dissect unstructured problems, synthesize insights, and partner in execution to drive quantifiable business impact.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
- •Partner with stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and customer experience to implement operational improvements.
- •Drive execution of recommendations and deliver measurable results.
- •Develop executive-ready analyses and business cases.
- •Establish success metrics and monitor key business performance indicators.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate planning, business finance, or analytics.
- •Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks.
- •Strong analytical expertise and experience building integrated models.
- •Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- •Track record of building processes from scratch and resolving roadblocks.
