- •You will build strategic relationships and demonstrate how Figma's platform can modernize workflows and drive transformation.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute territory strategy for Federal Civilian agencies, meeting revenue targets.
- •Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and navigate federal acquisition processes.
- •Apply value-selling techniques to understand agency needs and connect them to Figma's solutions.
- •Build and execute account plans, identifying opportunities for long-term growth.
- •Develop strategies around federal contracting vehicles to advance opportunities.
- •Requirements 7+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with significant experience selling into Federal Civilian agencies.
- •Experience owning strategic Enterprise accounts and closing complex sales cycles.
- •Deep understanding of Federal Civilian agency missions, structures, and buying processes.
- •Experience navigating federal procurement and acquisition processes.
- •Ability to build executive relationships and apply value-based sales methodologies.
