TL;DR
Lead ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design for enterprise-scale programs.
- •The ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant will lead solution architecture, technical design, and implementation governance across the Now Platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end technical architecture for ServiceNow programs.
- •Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
- •Define and enforce platform standards for scripting, scoped app design, and API integrations.
- •Provide hands-on technical leadership for complex builds and integrations.
- •Mentor developers and consultants on architecture patterns and best practices.
- •Requirements 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation, development, or architecture experience.
- •Proven experience as a technical lead or solution architect on enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs.
- •Strong hands-on capability in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- •Experience designing and governing enterprise integrations with cloud platforms and identity providers.
- •Strong understanding of SaaS and PaaS architecture principles.
