About the role
TL;DR
Build and operate internal tooling for AI-assisted customer support.
- •Partner with Support/CX teams to build and operate internal tooling for a "Direct-to-Expert" support model at scale.
- •Define and ship AI-assisted workflows, self-service diagnostics, and platform integrations to improve customer experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and own support-facing tools for case triage, intelligent routing, and expert engagement.
- •Develop AI-powered assistants and automations for root-cause discovery and resolution.
- •Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and signals for tooling issues.
- •Build self-service and guided diagnostics for Support/CX.
- •Codify reliability and support practices into services and APIs.
- •Requirements 4+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.
- •Proficiency in Go or Python.
- •Strong fundamentals in Linux, containers, and Kubernetes.
- •Experience with observability (metrics/logs/traces).
- •Demonstrated experience with incident management and operational excellence.
