Finance & Operations Manager to build and own the financial and operational backbone of the company.
- •This high-ownership role blends financial planning, operational systems design, cross-functional execution, and team management.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making Oversee month-end close in partnership with external accountants Implement scalable financial controls and reporting systems Drive company planning rhythms (quarterly planning, KPI reviews, goal tracking) Requirements 3+ years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, or similar roles Strong financial background (FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, startup finance, or similar) Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth environments Comfortable managing administrative or operational team members
