- •Drive programs across the production engineering org: fleet tooling rollouts, reliability initiatives, and cross-site standards.

- •Run the cadence between production engineering, data center operations, and software teams so fixes ship fleet-wide instead of site by site.
- •Own escalations from live sites through root cause to closed corrective action.
- •Build the reporting that tells leadership where the fleet actually stands.
- •Requirements You've run technical programs across infrastructure or operations engineering teams.
- •You've taken incidents to root cause and driven the fix across every affected system.
- •You keep a dozen workstreams moving and know which one is about to slip.
- •You're fluent enough technically to challenge an engineer's estimate and be right sometimes.
- •You write the update leadership actually reads.
