Lead infrastructure, SRE, and enterprise governance engineering teams to build scalable distributed AI platforms.
- •Anyscale is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its Infrastructure, SRE, and Enterprise Governance Engineering teams.
- •This role involves guiding the team's vision, technical direction, and building a high-performing team to solve complex distributed systems challenges for Anyscale customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Guide the vision and technical direction of the Infrastructure, SRE, and Enterprise Governance Engineering teams.
- •Recruit, enable, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- •Oversee and drive the strategy and execution of components including cluster launcher, cloud providers, Kubernetes support, cluster autoscaling, control plane, data plane, reliability, and billing stack.
- •Collaborate with customers and field engineering teams to solve problems and ensure customer success.
- •Requirements Solid engineering management experience leading productive, high-performing teams.
- •Proven ability to scale teams quickly while maintaining a good culture.
- •Experience ensuring a high hiring bar, motivating teams, coaching/mentoring, and handling performance management.
- •Deep technical knowledge and experience in distributed systems, with prior experience working on Kubernetes and VMs.
- •A strong track record of execution, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent prioritization skills.
