Senior technical expert driving scalable infrastructure, deployment automation, and platform reliability.
- •Tekion is seeking a Staff Engineer, DevOps to drive the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure, deployment automation, and platform reliability.
- •This senior technical expert will lead large DevOps initiatives and mentor engineering teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect and lead development of advanced CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- •Design cloud-native infrastructure for high-availability, fault-tolerant applications.
- •Lead incident response, performance tuning, and capacity planning efforts.
- •Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure platform scalability and security.
- •Implement robust observability frameworks and improve monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or platform engineering.
- •Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi), and CI/CD tooling.
- •Deep experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes), service mesh, and microservices infrastructure.
- •Strong background in system observability, logging, and incident response.
- •Excellent problem-solving, mentorship, and communication skills.
