About the role
TL;DR
Manage a Cloud Infrastructure Automation & SRE team, building secure and scalable cloud platforms.
- •Lead a high-impact Cloud Infrastructure Automation & SRE team, focusing on building and operating secure, reliable, scalable, resilient & self-serve infrastructure platforms for Tekion.
- •You will play a vital role in establishing and enforcing security best practices and automation-first principles across all layers of our cloud environments.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of talented cloud infrastructure engineers and SREs, providing technical and people leadership.
- •Drive the adoption and evolution of infrastructure automation (IaC) frameworks.
- •Oversee the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical infrastructure services.
- •Architect, build, and optimize cloud platforms, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines.
- •Partner with security teams to define, implement, and maintain robust security controls.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles, with at least 2+ years in technical leadership or management.
- •Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.).
- •Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices, cloud-native IAM, network security, and compliance.
- •Proven experience driving operational reliability with SRE methodologies.
- •Track record of building and developing high-performing infrastructure or SRE teams.
