- •Render is seeking a People Partner to join its People team, serving as a strategic advisor to Engineering, Product, and Design leaders.
- •This role involves HR business partnership and program design to support managers in growth, team building, and scaling people practices.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with EPD leaders on org health, team dynamics, and performance.
- •Utilize AI for productivity and automation in daily workflows.
- •Diagnose organizational health and translate insights into action plans.
- •Design and execute people programs, ensuring behavioral change.
- •Coach managers and leaders through growth, reorgs, and performance conversations.
- •Requirements 8+ years of HRBP/People Partner experience supporting engineering or product leaders.
- •AI-forward mindset, eager to leverage AI tools for increased velocity and value.
- •Proven track record in designing and running people programs with measurable impact.
- •Strong critical-thinking skills for pattern matching and prioritization.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication, with coaching experience for leaders.
