- •Affirm is seeking an empowering Engineering Manager to lead and grow the Repayment UX team.
- •This full-stack team owns critical customer repayment experiences across web and mobile apps.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of engineers, setting clear expectations and developing individual growth.
- •Own the team's technical strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- •Empower engineers to maintain high design and quality standards.
- •Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of consumer-critical systems.
- •Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics teams for cross-functional alignment.
- •Requirements 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years managing engineering teams.
- •Proven experience delivering consumer-facing software and driving execution through ambiguity.
- •Track record of managing performance and developing engineers.
- •Technical judgment for architecture, quality, and reliability decisions.
- •Familiarity with modern full-stack development (React/React Native, BFF).
