TL;DR
Supervise integration shift, lead technicians, and ensure quality and safety.
- •Run an integration shift, lead assemblers and technicians, and ensure standards are met.
- •Key Responsibilities Run an integration shift: crew, safety, quality, and output owned hour by hour as modules get fitted out.
- •Lead assemblers and technicians directly: assignments, coaching, and accountability on the floor.
- •Execute the daily plan and escalate misses with causes, not excuses.
- •Enforce the standards: work instructions followed, torque specs met, 5S held.
- •Requirements Experience in supervising assembly or integration crews building complex products.
- •Ability to hold a shift to takt and communicate clearly when it breaks.
- •Ensure crews are safe on your watch and can explain why.
- •Coach on the spot and document when it matters.
- •Run a clean, organized area by habit.
