- •Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform that is growing through a roll-up strategy.
- •We are seeking a high-caliber Property Management Team Coordinator to lead operations across multiple agencies during a period of significant growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary escalation point for complex property management issues.
- •Manage a team of up to 10 Property Managers, ensuring consistent performance and morale.
- •Ensure 100% new technology/system adoption across the team and drive continuous process improvement.
- •Maintain a high level of service across maintenance, compliance, move-outs, and inspections.
- •Ensure properties under management remain 100% compliant.
- •Requirements 3-5+ years UK residential lettings team management (Property Management focus).
- •Strong UK lettings regulations knowledge.
- •Team management experience (at least 2-3 direct reports).
- •Comfortable with technology adoption and ambiguity.
- •Highly resilient.
