Global Supply Manager to scale procurement operations in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- •We are seeking a Global Supply Manager to own and scale our end-to-end procurement operations.
- •This role is critical to ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of technical components in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full procurement lifecycle, from purchase request intake through PO issuance, delivery tracking, and incoming quality validation Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers.
- •Lead RFX processes and negotiate pricing, lead times, and contractual terms Build and implement scalable procurement systems, including PO management, order tracking, and documentation workflows Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical procurement (energy, deep tech, hardware or startup environments preferred)
