- •Adaptive Home Health is seeking a remote Clinical Quality Manager to support their AI-native physical care platform.
- •This role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, timely workflow completion, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care within home health services.
- •Key Responsibilities Review and process physician orders within the EMR, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- •Manage end-of-episode processes, including discharge reports and OASIS visits.
- •Monitor quality and compliance metrics, reviewing reports and escalating concerns as needed.
- •Support hospital hold processes and resumption of care workflows.
- •Requirements Active RN license.
- •Prior home health field experience.
- •Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) back office workflows.
- •Strong understanding of home health documentation and regulatory requirements.
