- •Directive is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale its Revenue Operations practice.
- •This senior, client-facing role requires a blend of people leadership and deep technical expertise in Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers.
- •Serve as an escalation point for complex client and technical challenges.
- •Oversee strategic client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery.
- •Lead and support Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation projects.
- •Provide hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM consulting. 1-2+ years of direct people management or formal team leadership experience.
- •Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- •Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement/Pardot experience.
- •Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
