- •Wayflyer is seeking a Security Manager to own security strategy, governance, risk, monitoring, detection, and response for a global fintech company.
- •This role involves building and scaling the security program as the company grows.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of security specialists and analysts.
- •Define and execute the short and long-term security strategy.
- •Own the security policy framework, standards, and controls.
- •Partner with engineering teams on application, infrastructure, and cloud security.
- •Manage third-party and vendor security risk.
- •Requirements Strong background managing security teams in a tech or agile corporate environment.
- •Breadth across security domains (operations, cloud, application security, GRC).
- •Experience defining and managing incident response, security monitoring, and threat intelligence.
- •In-depth technical knowledge of securing cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and modern endpoints.
- •Experience building security policies, standards, and controls.
