- •You'll build Middesk's outbound engine: the systems, the targeting, the creative GTM plays that get us in front of the right buyers.
- •Key Responsibilities Outbound growth programs across ABM, email, LinkedIn, events, and targeted campaigns AI-enabled prospect research and personalization workflows that scale without losing specificity SDR partnership, building the systems and messaging that make the sales team faster and more effective Requirements 2-5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, or outbound strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech Strong understanding of outbound systems, personalization mechanics, or SDR workflows Builder mentality, you create infrastructure and processes, not just execute tasks
