- •Manage and mentor a team of SLPs through regular 1:1 meetings, clinical coaching, skill development, career growth conversations, and ongoing feedback.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of SLPs Conduct first-round interviews with SLP candidates Track and analyze team member performance metrics Requirements CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) Licensed in a key state Minimum 2 years of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
