- •As the Regional Manager, you will lead the brand’s team members in the Northern California region to bring Arc’teryx to life through building strong communities and ensuring a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints within our owned retail and outlet stores.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead regional team to drive profitable revenue growth across all channels.
- •Lead, coach, and develop Brand Store leaders setting annual and seasonal objectives.
- •Manage retail operations for retail stores in your region.
- •Drive financial stewardship in your region through P&L accountability.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience leading multiple stores and best-in-class retail operations.
- •Experience in all forms of distribution including owned retail development and growth, partnership branded retail, and wholesale development.
- •Excellent people leader, capable of motivating and engaging a group of people.
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office.
