- •Enigma is seeking an experienced Senior/Staff Data Engineer to join their Entity Resolution team.
- •You will help shape the trajectory of next-generation small business intelligence products by impacting the accuracy, scalability, and predictive capabilities of their data platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Understand customer needs and create capabilities to address them through data exploration, prototyping, and building robust data pipelines.
- •Engineer scalable and maintainable data systems for millions of U.S. small businesses using Databricks SQL, PySpark, and MLFlow.
- •Build on innovative data infrastructure using Dagster for orchestration and LakeFS for data versioning.
- •Apply a data-focused, first-principles approach to problem-solving, implementing state-of-the-art models and techniques when required.
- •Requirements 5+ years of engineering or data science experience, including 3+ years working on distributed data systems.
- •Practical experience extracting value from data creatively to deliver customer impact.
- •Strong collaboration skills and a desire to work in a cross-functional environment.
- •A principled, metrics-driven approach to solving complex data problems.
