About the role
TL;DR
Chief of Staff to the CEO, strategic nerve center of the company.
- •As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be the strategic nerve center of the entire company, translating the CEO's vision across all functions.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as Surojit's strategic right hand across all priorities.
- •Drive the operating cadence of the CEO office.
- •Represent the CEO at key internal forums, external events, media appearances, and conferences.
- •Partner directly with the CEO to shape and run the global sales organization.
- •Synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and internal signals into strategic recommendations for the CEO and Board.
- •Requirements 10+ years of total experience, including 3-6 years at a top-tier consulting firm.
- •Subsequent senior role(s) at a high-growth technology company.
- •MBA from a top-tier institution.
- •Proven track record in a Founder's Office, Strategy & Ops, or Chief of Staff capacity.
- •Deep fluency in Sales and GTM.
