- •As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will own and be accountable for leading an Enterprise AE team
- •driving both new business and expansions across regional and national property management companies.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and drive success of the Enterprise housing segment Help establish and build out EliseAI's new Dallas office, growing our brand and market presence across the Texas region Lead, mentor, and develop an Enterprise sales team using challenger methodology Partner with AEs to drive adoption with C-Suite, VPs, and Directors Support AEs across the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiations, and expansions Requirements 3+ years B2B SaaS quota carrying sales experience in the enterprise segment or higher 4+ years of B2B SaaS quota carrying sales management experience in the enterprise segment or higher Experience managing an average deal size of at least $100,000 and up to $1m Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas Experience in managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes (multi-threading, procurement, etc.)
