TL;DR
Manage accounting operations, including monthly close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- •eGenesis is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Manager to execute day-to-day functions during a pivotal period of growth.
- •This role will be responsible for all aspects of the monthly and quarterly close process.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end financial close process, including general ledger, accounts payables, and accruals.
- •Account for R&D expenses, clinical trial accruals and prepaids, and CRO vendor arrangements.
- •Help design, implement, and maintain internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
- •Manage NetSuite as the system of record.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or industry experience.
- •Biotech or life sciences industry experience required.
- •Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite required.
