- •Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and operational roles, from intake to closing.
- •Act as a key business partner to leaders and hiring managers by providing market insights and refining interview processes.
- •Conduct thorough initial interviews that assess ability, excellence, and cultural alignment.
- •Design and execute sourcing strategies that extend beyond Boolean searches to include events and networking.
- •Deliver exceptional candidate experiences across the interview process.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience or equivalent professional experience.
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Proven ability to manage and execute multiple competing priorities with autonomy.
- •Holds a high bar for personal accountability and performance.
- •Strong judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information.
