Manage and optimize design operations for a growing product design team.
- •We're looking for a Design Operations Manager to help scale, support, and streamline operations across our growing product design organization.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate and land a blank slate product re-design of Abridge Partner with design leadership to identify and implement programs, processes, and tools that help the team operate more effectively Lead operational planning and execution for key initiatives Build and maintain scalable systems that support team growth, execution excellence, and strong collaboration across research, engineering, and product Manage external vendors and contractors Requirements 8+ years of experience in design operations within high-growth technology environments A track record of building and scaling 0-to-1 operational systems across multidisciplinary teams Deep familiarity with the design and product development lifecycle Experience managing shared design tools, assets, and libraries Vendor and contractor management experience
