Lead the Suno Emerging Creator Program, managing a 12-week cohort experience for creators.
- •Suno is seeking a Program Lead to build and manage their new Emerging Creator Program.
- •This role will own the end-to-end execution of a 12-week cohort-based experience for nano and micro creators.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate program outlines into a week-by-week curriculum and contest design.
- •Build and manage the guest speaker pipeline, including identification, pitching, and confirmation.
- •Establish program infrastructure such as community channels, calendars, and application tracking.
- •Own the biweekly programming cadence, contest execution, and day-to-day program management.
- •Assess program success and deliver a blueprint for future cohorts.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience running cohort-based programs, creator/community programs, accelerators, or high-touch event series.
- •Strong understanding of the creator economy and how nano/micro creators operate.
- •Exceptional operational skills with a focus on detail and execution.
- •Hospitality-minded approach with strong experience design capabilities.
- •Ability to work autonomously and create structure from ambiguity.
