- •As a Tech Lead Manager on our Agentic AI initiatives, you will play a hybrid leadership role across technical direction, execution, and people management.
- •You will help shape and deliver Dialpad’s next-generation AI platform, building production-grade systems where AI agents reason, act, coordinate, and safely execute workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead Technical Direction for agentic AI platform areas like memory architectures and retrieval systems.
- •Build and scale AI systems supporting autonomous assistance and real-time voice reasoning.
- •Manage and grow a team of engineers through coaching and career development.
- •Partner with Product, Applied Research, and Engineering leadership to align technical execution with business strategy.
- •Evaluate and apply emerging agent frameworks and inference optimization techniques.
- •Requirements 10+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical and engineering leadership.
- •Experience in AI, ML platforms, LLM systems, or agentic architectures is strongly preferred.
- •Strong foundations in scaling distributed systems and production-grade infrastructure.
- •Ability to lead and grow a small group of engineers.
