About the role
TL;DR
Manage AI initiatives, enable teams, and govern AI usage within Legora.
- •Legora is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to build, use, and govern AI effectively across the organization.
- •This role involves managing engineers, translating business needs into technical direction, and becoming the go-to person for all AI-related matters.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate agent and internal tool builds with engineers.
- •Run training, workshops, and documentation to help teams adopt AI.
- •Draft and operationalize guidelines, access policies, and usage guardrails for AI.
- •Act as a connector, building relationships to make the AI Enablement function visible and trusted.
- •Requirements Technical foundation with an engineering degree or equivalent and coding exposure.
- •Several years of experience in a fast-moving environment (ops, strategy, product, consulting, program management).
- •Genuine AI-native mindset, reaching for AI tools by default.
- •Comfortable switching between strategy, delivery, and people work.
- •Exceptional learning speed and ability to take feedback quickly.
- •Strong communicator with a low-ego, collaborative style.
