- •This role is a hybrid of solution design and hands-on delivery, owning enterprise engagements end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery, mapping customer workflows and identifying automation opportunities.
- •Build and deploy production AI agents on the DevRev platform, integrating with enterprise systems.
- •Own agent reliability, debugging failures and iterating for production-grade adoption.
- •Convert engagement learnings into reusable assets and enable partner engineers.
- •Requirements 8-10 years in customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- •Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems in production, including agent orchestration and RAG.
- •Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and comfortable with REST APIs and SQL.
- •Strong discovery and solutioning craft with experience in stakeholder workshops and technical scoping.
- •Executive-grade communication skills and ability to operate well in ambiguous environments.
