- •The Sr Digital Product Manager will be a key contributor to Natera's Software Product Management team, driving excellence in technology for a suite of critical software products.
- •This role focuses on enhancing market impact, user experience, and operational efficiency across the end-to-end software stack.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop the product strategy and roadmap for your product line.
- •Transform business, market and clinical requirements into executable product requirements.
- •Own and prioritize a feature backlog to align with the overall strategic roadmap.
- •Act as a subject matter expert on our software products and create a shared understanding among business and technical teams.
- •Define what success looks like for your product and measure it.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally in the healthcare IT or biotech industry.
- •Extensive experience in conceptualizing, defining and creating best in class software experiences.
- •Experience with Agile software development, building solutions from start to finish.
- •Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
- •BA/BS degree in relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline or relevant experience.
