TL;DR
Develop and maintain compliance training and support governance programs.
- •Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly.
- •As part of Compliance Shared Services (CSS), you'll help build centralized compliance programs, training, and governance processes that enable Affirm to scale responsibly.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain compliance training materials.
- •Support the administration of Affirm's compliance training program.
- •Partner with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- •Support Shared Services governance programs.
- •Maintain organized documentation and evidence.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or related governance programs.
- •Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining compliance, risk, policy, or operational training.
- •Strong writing and editing skills.
- •Strong organizational skills.
- •Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
