- •Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced people manager to lead the Test & Evaluation Compliance function, covering both FAA and FCC regulatory domains.
- •This role is accountable for the T&E organization's regulatory posture, working closely with various teams to ensure rapid progress without compromising compliance.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the T&E Compliance team, managing FAA and FCC Compliance Program Managers.
- •Own the T&E compliance strategy, identifying regulatory risks and aligning activities with program milestones.
- •Serve as the executive-facing liaison to regulatory bodies like the FAA, FCC, NTIA, and DoD.
- •Oversee FAA workstreams including COAs, exemptions, and various operational parts.
- •Oversee FCC workstreams including STAs, experimental licenses, and spectrum coordination.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Regulatory Affairs, or related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in aviation and/or spectrum regulatory compliance, with depth in FAA or FCC. 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
- •Working knowledge of FAA and FCC/NTIA regulatory frameworks.
- •Proven track record of engaging directly with regulatory bodies.
