TL;DR
Lead and own the end-to-end KYC program, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient customer onboarding.
- •Polymarket US is hiring a Senior Manager of KYC to own our Know Your Customer program end-to-end.
- •This is a hands-on leadership role within the Legal and Compliance function, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CIP, CDD, and EDD processes, and managing a team of KYC analysts.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and maintain Polymarket's KYC program, including CIP, CDD, and EDD policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with CFTC, NFA, and BSA requirements.
- •Design and refine the customer risk rating methodology and escalation criteria.
- •Review and adjudicate escalated EDD cases and establish quality assurance processes.
- •Manage a team of KYC analysts, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- •Partner with Product and Operations to embed KYC requirements into onboarding workflows.
- •Requirements 10+ years of BSA/AML experience, with direct ownership or leadership of a KYC program at a FinTech, derivatives firm, or broker-dealer. 5+ years managing and developing AML and KYC analyst teams.
- •Hands-on experience designing or rebuilding a CIP/CDD/EDD framework.
- •Strong working knowledge of BSA requirements and CFTC/NFA regulatory expectations.
- •Experience supporting regulatory exams or audits with a track record of minimal findings.
