Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency.
- •NODA AI is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to management and compliance.
- •This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong government contracting expertise.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and support various contract types including CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, BOAs, and OTAs.
- •Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including NDAs, teaming agreements, and prime contracts.
- •Ensure compliance with contracting policies, laws, and regulations (FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR).
- •Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle from proposal development through close-out.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
- •Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management, with at least 4 years in government contracting.
- •Experience with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and federal procurement standards.
- •Citizenship required and ability to obtain a security clearance.
