- •As a Technical Recruiter at E2B, you'll build the team that will define the future of the company.
- •This is an early role where you'll help shape our hiring philosophy, recruiting processes, and talent brand as we scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with the Head of Talent and leadership team to identify hiring needs.
- •Source and close exceptional candidates.
- •Design interview processes and manage the full recruiting lifecycle.
- •Establish E2B as a destination for top engineers and builders.
- •Build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- •Requirements At least 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth startups or DevTool / AI companies.
- •Experience hiring technical talent, especially engineers.
- •Startup mindset and end-to-end ownership of the recruiting process.
- •Technical recruiting expertise and ability to source strong engineering candidates.
- •Strong relationship-building skills and operational excellence.
