- •You will own the pipeline that builds Augustus, responsible for sourcing and closing top talent across engineering, operations, and leadership roles.
- •This is a precision game where you'll calibrate with hiring managers to identify candidates with the right skills, experience, and mindset.
- •Key Responsibilities Source top talent from various channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and niche communities.
- •Develop and execute outbound recruiting strategies, crafting personalized outreach messages.
- •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and closing.
- •Hold yourself and hiring managers accountable for ambition, pace, values, and mindset.
- •Represent Augustus professionally in all interactions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- •Requirements Proven track record of sourcing and closing top talent, not just managing a process.
- •Exceptional English communication skills.
- •Ability to operate with full autonomy on searches.
