Content Strategist to own content quality and operations, leveraging AI for consistency.
- •Immersive is seeking a Content Strategist to oversee content quality and operations within the Product organization.
- •This role partners with GTM, Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with style guides.
- •Key Responsibilities Own content quality and operations within the Product organization.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and consistency.
- •Build and deploy AI agents to assist teams with content quality and consistency at scale.
- •Experiment with and prototype AI solutions using tools like Gemini and Claude.
- •Ensure content quality, readability, and accessibility standards are integrated into workflows.
- •Requirements Experience in strategic content planning (operations, editorial strategy, content marketing, or systems).
- •At least two years of experience working with content at scale (copyediting, strategy, operations, or QA).
- •Hands-on experience with AI and building agents.
- •Passion for content quality and consistency, with strong advocacy for standards.
- •Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across disciplines.
