Support end-to-end delivery of AI platform into customer environments.
- •As an Agent Product Manager, you'll support the end-to-end delivery of our AI platform into customer environments.
- •Key Responsibilities Support project delivery across onboarding and implementation, keeping timelines on track and flagging risks early.
- •Assist with discovery work to capture customer requirements, workflows, and operational context needed for a successful deployment.
- •Help configure and optimise our AI agent for specific customer use cases, working from established playbooks and guidelines.
- •Monitor performance data to identify trends, flag issues, and surface improvement opportunities for review with the Delivery Lead.
- •Coordinate activity across internal teams (AI, Engineering, Customer Success) to keep projects moving and stakeholders informed.
- •Requirements Early-career delivery experience: Some experience in a project coordination, implementation, or customer-facing operations role, ideally at a tech company.
- •Organised and dependable: You keep track of moving parts, follow through on actions, and communicate proactively when things shift.
- •Comfortable with ambiguity: You can work without a fully defined playbook and use good judgement to move things forward.
