About the role
TL;DR
Owns the banking experience, including accounts, API, and dashboard.
- •You own Banking Experience: the accounts at the center of every customer's relationship with the bank, and the quality of the interfaces through which they interact with them
- •the API and the dashboard.
- •Your domain runs across accounts, API, dashboard, IAM, and the end-to-end customer experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and ship your first project within the first two months.
- •Unblock engineering daily, make hard prioritization calls, and keep the roadmap moving.
- •Evolve the roadmap based on customer feedback and push the account and dashboard experience further.
- •Translate customer needs into actionable insights for your team and product strategy.
- •Build systems that make problems smaller and automate processes.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience end-to-end owning and building banking, fintech, or developer platform products.
- •Technical enough to spar on architectural decisions with engineers.
- •Comfortable in customer-facing roles
- •you've pitched, demoed, and closed early adopters yourself.
- •Based in New York or Berlin or willing to relocate.
