Recruiter to source top talent for a fast-growing AI startup.
- •We're hiring a recruiter to help us find and win great people.
- •This is a sourcing-heavy, outbound-first role focused on hunting for talent and getting them excited about Phonely.
- •It's a ground-floor seat at a fast-moving startup with opportunities for growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Source top candidates across roles through outbound outreach and creative channels.
- •Build and run outbound pipelines to keep our funnel full and moving.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand what great looks like for each role.
- •Own a great candidate experience from first message to offer.
- •Track and manage candidates through our ATS (Ashby).
- •Requirements 1 year of experience or less; we’re hiring for hunger and potential.
- •Any outbound experience is a big plus (BDR, SDR, recruiting, or any role with cold outreach).
- •Genuine excitement for talking to people and tracking down great talent.
- •A bias for action and comfort with a fast, ambiguous startup pace.
- •Curiosity about GTM broadly and a desire to grow into it.
