- •Dolls Kill is seeking a professional, observant, and customer-focused Security Guard to help provide a safe and welcoming environment for customers, employees, and store assets at their Los Angeles location.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and promote a safe shopping environment.
- •Monitor customer and employee activity and respond to security concerns.
- •Respond to theft, disturbances, and emergencies in accordance with company policies.
- •Support crowd management during high-volume periods and events.
- •Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting when appropriate.
- •Requirements Previous security, asset protection, law enforcement, or related experience preferred.
- •Valid Guard Card (if required by state regulations).
- •Strong observation and conflict-resolution skills.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- •Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- •Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
