About the role
TL;DR
Develop and automate AI-driven sales processes and CRM integrations.
- •Doctolib is seeking a Senior AI & CRM Automation Specialist to accelerate its growth by enhancing sales team productivity through AI-driven strategies.
- •You will be the technical force behind their AI sales strategy, bridging Sales Excellence, IT, and Product.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize AI agents on modern platforms.
- •Automate repetitive sales tasks using AI and scripts.
- •Integrate CRM systems with AI platforms and automate data flows.
- •Develop and iterate prompts, ensuring quality and identifying weaknesses.
- •Act as a liaison between Sales, IT, and AI tooling.
- •Requirements Several years of experience in a technical role (AI Engineering, Sales Operations, RevOps) in SaaS/tech scale-up.
- •Hands-on experience building and operating AI agents/workflows (e.g., Dust, ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain).
- •Experience automating CRM processes and integrating AI platforms.
- •Technical understanding of scripts, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier).
- •Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- •Fluent German and English (B2/C1).
