About the role
TL;DR
Provide technical expertise and support to customers using Docsumo's Document AI solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise through solution designs and demonstrations.
- •Cater to customer requirements and provide support assistance.
- •Deliver customer demos and assist with onboarding.
- •Design solutions based on customer requirements.
- •Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- •Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in SaaS or IT.
- •Full-time degree in Engineering.
- •Good experience in programming languages like Python.
- •Good understanding of REST API and making API calls.
- •Good experience with Postman, integration tools like Zapier, and other middleware.
